Karantos is a Sector plagued by warfare for many generations. During the 39th millenium, it suffered from attacks by Orks, Eldar, and even the Tyranids. a Thousand years after and the war continued, Almost all of Sub-sector Maenar started to rebel when it was found out that it may be abandoned to the Tyranids, and formed the Confederacy to fight for it’s independance from the Imperium of Man, and for the survival of it’s worlds.

The Imperium left it alone until the Tyranid and Orkoid threats was contained, before moving to retake the sub-sector for the glory of the God-Emperor, with the support of the Adeptus Astartes. At that time, a Warp Storm suddenly appeared and covered much of Sub-sector Calidon. Later, it would become a fortress/haven for renegades, scum, cults and warbands alike.

Now, it is time to strike at the enemy, and continue the Eternal War!
